I have had a bulging disc in the L5 region of my spine for the last 11 months. After getting a MRI done it was shown that I had about a 2.5mm bulge which was pretty bad according to my doctors. I tried PT, took NSAIDS, and did a epidural steroid injection with no positive results. Then I went out and bought this inversion table which I used on a daily basis which alleviated almost all my pain. It has gotten ALOT better since I’ve been using this table. However, after a long day at work or neglecting to go on the inversion table for a couple days the pain always returns. Does anybody know of a more permanent solution to my problem? I do not wish to have a laminectomy and I’ve tried everything else my doctors have suggested.
I am a male 23 years old. Thanks!
