am 30 now and have this disc bulge and have this disc bulge b4 2 years when i was of 28.approx i have done all type of non surgical way like physio therapy.chiropractor .steroid injection.exercise etc etc but found no Relief in pain there is continue pain in my body specially in my legs my profession is auto mechanic so it is right time to have a disc surgery and after surgery things would be normal and can i do my daily routine work normally?
