I had an MRI about 3 years ago to tell me about my bulging disc and it is also pinching my sciatic right nerve (which means I only feel the pinching sharp pain on my right side). The first time I hurt my back was when I was 14 years old, then I hurt it again in high school, then in college, and now Im going thru it once again now! I am getting really tired of this. So I was thinking maybe I should get surgery to try to fix it once and for all or that quartazone injection. Because its not like I havent tried to make it better myself. I feel like I have done all I can to avoid surgery but this is becoming too much for me to go thru over and over again! Its just really hard to bend down to pick things up, sit or lay down and even just to walk is unbearable! Please, if you can give me your opinion on the surgery (or on different types of surgery there are) or the quartazone injection and which is better I would really really appreciate it.
